Technology Advances
It was over 10 years ago that I had surgery on my left elbow to help reduce the pain from what the doctors called a pressed ulnar nerve which in layman's terms that means a pinched nerve. In this case it was (is) the ulnar nerve sometimes referred to as the "funny bone". When the "funny bone" a.k.a. the ulnar nerve is bumped hard enough you may experience intense pain for a few moments but it passes. When the ulnar nerve is compressed by bending the arm this causes the same reaction and you can imagine how many times per day the "funny bone" gets activated. It isn't pleasant but thanks to technology advances the second surgery on my left arm has been reduced by more than 40% when there was no expectation of that sort of relief. The best test of this surgery is yet to come when the weather changes drastically to extreme cold & wet.
Thank you Technology and The Veterans Administration facilities in White City Oregon and The Veterans Administration Hospital in Portland, Oregon for taking the time, effort and money needed to perform the procedure.
The care that both of these facilities have shown me makes me proud to have served my country. When I began my requests for help I started in Southern California at the La Jolla California Veterans Hospital and while I did not get everything I "wanted" the way I wanted I did receive excellent care from a Hospital that is so over worked that it is not funny. Once a doctor finishes a tour there the chances are they will be ready for any of the Veteran Facilities around the country.
On the way home from the Portland Oregon VA Hospital I came across another vet who had recently had brain surgery and was in transiet to get to where he lived. Once again the VA steps up to the plate and takes care of its vets. Thank you.

It is True...
The pain has been reduced by the surgery. It rained and I only got a minor twinge of pain in advance. Granted the pain is there especially when I overwork my arm but as long as I take breaks and don't over stress my arm I should be just fine.
The pain in my shoulder has been reduced as well but I still keep a good supply of Watkins products on hand to help with the minor aches that comes from getting older and slower. Be sure to check out all the wonderful pain reducing products at http://www.reduceyourpain.com

Reduced pain
The surgery seems to have worked better than I could have imagined. Every day my arm grows stronger and less tender. It is still going to take time for the healing to really sink in but I think I am finally free of the morphine.
I am still in discomfort with my left shoulder but through therapy which includes exercises at home that should improve as well and then I can chuck the oxycodone for good. I am still going to apply for my medical pot license, because I'm sure my arm & shoulder are feeling better because of the very nice weather that we are experiencing currently. Not sure how long it will last though then it will get really hot.
I continue to use Watkins products to help soothe my muscles so that the pain medication can do it's work. Be sure to visit http://www.reduceyourpain.com today and see for yourself why so many people totally rely on Watkins products. 100% customer satisfaction or your money refunded.
I look forward to hearing from others what they do to ease their chronic pain. Does the weather affect your pain? Do you keep your home really warm all the time? I do. Drives my friends crazy because my place is always so warm so in the summertime when it is boiling they think I must really feel good because of the heat. As a matter of fact I've got a sweater on this morning.
